I realized tonight, when WTI hit $97 that I am correct, and I felt gutted. Normal people are about to be so fucked by inflation.
Meanwhile propagandists continue to march through the streets, suppressing the oil price & in doing so, manifesting a larger and larger black swan...

It's unfortunate. Price suppression backfires. Policy failures have consequences. But you're not making the policies.
Not for nothing, give yourself some credit here. You shouted the truth from the rooftops for months, the parties on the other side of your trade are the treasury secretary, administration, and an army of grifters. None of us wanted it to turn out this way, we just saw the true gravity of the situation.
I’ve been hoping we were all wrong for a while.

I've been thinking about this scene from the Big Short all day.
A black swan is unknown. You can use AI to figure out that this is the biggest structural impairment in the oil market going back to 1960 (likely of all time).
I would say that this is a grizzly, moose or buffalo that the average market participant is watching in a national park trying to decide if they should feed it or get closer.
I've been seeing this coming for years but now that it's here, it's nice to know I wasn't crazy.

It’s true that “Green” energy has nothing to do with the environment or climate change.
The real reason is it’s because Governments know war is coming. Carbon based fuels are going to become prohibitively expensive and/or be banned/rationed for government/military/emergency use which will wreak havoc on developed economies.
Governments obviously can’t tell you this outright, so they’ve been trying to resonate with the public using the environment and climate change as an excuse to move the public and their economies to be less reliant on carbon based fuels.
Once you understand this, the hypocrisy, and nonsensical climate policies, etc. begin to make a bit more sense.
