The change of noise as soon as Carrick went into the tunnel is absolutely INCREDIBLE...
The fans love Carrick and always will. Those players have showed their true colours once again.
The Old Trafford faithful showed their true colours today. ππ΄
Despite watching their team get humiliated on the pitch, they stood firmly behind Michael Carrick, singing his name throughout the game and making it clear where their loyalty lies.
Then, as the players made their way down the tunnel, the boos rang out. The fans are absolutely disgusted with what they've witnessed since the start of the season, and they know the problems at Manchester United go far beyond the manager.
Carrick has done more for that football club than most of those players ever will, yet he could be sacked tonight because, once again, a group of players appear to have downed tools when things got tough.
Another manager potentially sacrificed while the same problems remain. It's a disgrace.

The idea of wanting to be in the premier league is far more appealing than the actual experience of being here π even the games between the top sides are slow and boring put 2 bad teams on the field and itβs honestly enough to make you want to rip your own eyes out ππ #PUSB

Helen Mirren is a mediocre actress.
Pierce Brosnan is a terrible actor. He is like a bubblegum pretending to be a filet mignon.
The plot is tired old shit we've seen a million times before.
I felt embarrassed on Tom Hardy's behalf.

So, I bought myself a fish & chips before work this evening from a chip ship in Southampton that is a franchise of a northern chain. It was haddock. I hated it. I queried it with them and they said up north fish & chips are always haddock. WTF is wrong with people up there?

I'm a paramedic. We need a new emergency service specifically for dealing with mental heath issues. While paramedics like me have basic mental health training, we are still not in the best position to help these people. We try our best but we have too little resources and staff.

West Ham's Inter City Firm (ICF) reached its peak during the 1980s. βοΈ
The name derived from the lads traveling to away matches via British Rail InterCity trains rather than cheaper supporter coaches, which helped them evade police cordons and project a distinct, well-dressed image.
Hooliganism was a way to vent built up frustration among many people who wished to challenge themselves against rival firms. People try to relate them to the riots, or crime of today, but in reality the firms of the past tended to target each other instead of innocent people, cars, and buildings.
Whatever people say about Britain's Hooligans, they were, and in some cases are, a tribal issue.
In reality, (contrary to mainstream opinion) most are fantastic lads who made up the bedrock of East London and its suburbs.
Some would say that people were more united, and felt safer during the hooligan heyday than they do in modern times. β³οΈπ»
The Barren Nature Of #WestHam Stadium & It's Suffeing Pub Scene - #Stratford, #London βοΈ

One needn't love #football or alcohol to understand the importance of #Stadiums and their surrounding #pubs. The changing of our world has taken place without it's inhabitants wants or needs in mind. Today's youth may believe such a world is impressive, but that's only because they've nothing to compare it to. The new #WestHam stadium is a beshmerchment on the memory of #UptonPark, and that of #Stratford. Now, you're ferried in and out like a posh restaurant with little room to socialise or bond.

Watching the Man City saga unfold as someone with absolutely no allegiance to either sideβ¦
One of the key pillars of footballβs financial rules is supposedly βfinancial sustainabilityβ.
So how is Cityβs owner effectively gifting equity to the club considered such a problem, while the Glazers loading Man United with huge debt and interest costs is compliant?
City broke the rules β punish them accordingly. But if debt-loading a club is acceptable while gifting equity isnβt, can we really claim these rules protect financial sustainability?
Perhaps itβs not just the clubs that need scrutiny. Perhaps the rules themselves do.
