When everyone is trying to be something, be nothing. Range with emptiness like a pot . As the pot is held by it’s emptiness , hold by awareness of nothingness.

Look at that level boarding. Even new Vande Bharat requires 02 steps. Indian Railways must rethink the train-platform interface instead of raising platforms and taller coaches. Align future train designs with the 760 mm international standard. Less concrete, better accessibility.

The Cabinet has cleared a ₹10,000 crore scheme, running until FY40, to support container manufacturing. It offers four kinds of help - interest subvention, operational expenditure assistance, support for testing and certification, and land leasing. The target is to raise domestic capacity nearly 10 fold, to 7.5 lakh TEUs a year. MSC, Maersk, Tata Group’s Artsons, Adani, J M Baxi are among the firms that may tap the scheme. Demand at home looks secure too. Bharat Container Shipping Line, India’s proposed national carrier, is expected to need about 1 million TEUs, and state logistics players like CONCOR and SCI could be assured buyers. via @businessline

Excellent response sir. Thank you. INC new gen & BJP have a lot to learn from old INC leaders like Chennithala on communications.
As Home Minister, I have no hesitation in acknowledging a lapse when the police get something wrong. In the Cheranalloor case, the initial police response was inadequate. Action will be taken against the officers responsible, and the investigation is now being handled by the District Crime Branch. Whether the accused is a judge’s son or anyone else, the law must apply equally. We will also do everything possible to support the family of Jayabalakrishnan, who lost his life. Justice cannot depend on status, wealth or influence.

Big News for Citizens! 🚇 Mumbai Metro Line 12A approved; a major boost to regional connectivity and economic growth The Maharashtra Cabinet Committee on Infrastructure, chaired by Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis, has approved Mumbai Metro Line 12A, an 18.40 km corridor connecting Manpada–Katai Naka to Taloja via Kalyan Phata. The project will be implemented by MMRDA. The fully elevated corridor will feature 12 proposed stations and an integrated flyover comprising a 6.93 km four-lane section and an 8.69 km six-lane section. MMRDA has been appointed the Special Planning Authority for the project. With proposed interchanges connecting Metro Line 12 and the Bullet Train connector at Katai Naka, Metro Line 14 between Katai Naka and Kalyan Phata, and Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 at Amandoot, the corridor will strengthen seamless connectivity across Kalyan-Dombivli, Navi Mumbai and key industrial and logistics hubs. Feeder bus services are also proposed at all stations. Expected to cut travel time by 40–50% compared to road travel, the project will help ease traffic congestion, reduce carbon emissions and make daily commutes faster and more efficient. Another significant step towards an integrated transport network, stronger regional economic growth and MMRDA’s vision of #MumbaiInMinutes. #MMRDA #MumbaiInMinutes #MahaMumbaiMetro #MumbaiMetro #RebootingMumbai #ReshapingMMR #ReimaginingMMR #SmartConnectivity @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @DrSanMukherjee @MMMOCL_Official @MahaDGIPR

#WATCH | Delhi: Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw says, "A major initiative for the manufacturing sector has been launched today: the Sports Goods Manufacturing Scheme, under the Khelo India umbrella. Currently, there are three primary clusters for sports goods manufacturing in the country: Meerut (Uttar Pradesh), the Jalandhar-Ludhiana region (Punjab), and Jammu (Jammu & Kashmir). The vast majority of sports goods manufacturing takes place within the MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) sector... This scheme aims to address several key areas: enabling these enterprises to scale up, upgrade their technology, utilize superior materials, and streamline the certification process. By simplifying certification, Indian sports goods manufacturers will gain better access to global markets—facilitating exports and opening doors to engage with international teams and competitions... This is a long-term initiative, with an outlay of Rs 1,156 crore. The scheme will remain operational from the 2026–27 fiscal year through the 2033–34 fiscal year. It has two pillars: the first consists of incentives to support manufacturing, and the second involves incentives designed to develop the entire ecosystem..."

#WATCH | Delhi: Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw says, "... The Container Manufacturing Scheme, approved by the Prime Minister in the Cabinet today, includes provisions designed to ensure that, in the coming years, India emerges as a new destination for container manufacturing. #WATCH | Delhi: Union Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw says, "Today, four major decisions were taken by the Cabinet. Among these four decisions, two are set to significantly strengthen our country's manufacturing sector. They will boost employment and, by fostering manufacturing, contribute to the overall strength of the economy. Specifically, a program for the manufacturing of containers was approved today. The Cabinet, under the leadership of the Prime Minister, also approved a scheme for the manufacturing of sports goods.... The third initiative focuses on capacity building in our rural areas, ensuring that development is driven by local planning, addresses local issues, and utilizes local resources.... This third initiative, the 'Pradhan Mantri Viksit Gram Yojana,' is different; it is designed based on the actual needs at the grassroots level. Finally, the fourth decision is a Diwali gift from the Prime Minister to 48 lakh central government employees and 68 lakh pensioners, in the form of an increase in their Dearness Allowance (DA) and Dearness Relief (DR). These are the four major decisions taken by the Cabinet today, under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister."

There is no battle of perception Even avid supporters like me can see the Apathy that has set in. There is too much ego and lack of openness to good ideas which was there earlier. Economic management is in a clueless zone Most Middle and Upper Middle class feel cheated and are of the view that Government is either favoring some industrial groups or distributors freebies to win votes. This is reality not perception
I think @narendramodi govt is losing the battle of perceptions particularly on @instagram. Every day hundreds of propaganda reels are being made against the govt that is being forcibly pushed on the timelines of everyone, even when you don’t follow the makers. The platform has clearly picked a side. And @AshwiniVaishnaw’s ministry seems to be either clueless about it, or the babus are compromised. @blsanthosh

PM Modi must ensure those who rose on his popularity do not squander his political capital In the 1998 Lok Sabha election, the Bharatiya Janata Party secured 25.59% of the national vote and won 182 seats. In 2009, its vote share had fallen to 18.80%, and it was reduced to 116 seats. The turning point came in 2014, when Narendra Modi was declared the party's prime ministerial candidate. The BJP's vote share surged to 31.34%, and it won 282 seats. In 2019, its vote share climbed further to 37.36%, with 303 seats. In 2024, it secured 36.56% of the national vote and won 240 seats. From 18.80% in 2009 to 37.36% in 2019, the BJP's vote share nearly doubled under Modi's leadership. The scale of this expansion marked an unprecedented phase in the BJP's electoral history. Modi's personal popularity became the principal force behind the BJP's national expansion, enabling the party to reach a level of electoral support it had never previously achieved. The party's growth also created opportunities for its leaders, from ministers in the government to functionaries in the organisation. Their political standing has, in significant measure, benefited from the popularity and electoral momentum associated with Modi. But this is where the distinction begins. While the PM has continued to focus on governance, India's international relationships, domestic manufacturing under the Make in India initiative, and the delivery of essential services such as cooking gas, electricity, sanitation and roads to villages, the conduct of several leaders within his own party raises a different set of questions. Leaders who have benefited from the political capital generated by Modi's popularity are indulging in corruption, risking the very public trust that helped bring them to power. The consequences are not confined to the individuals involved. For millions of people who have placed their faith in Modi, the conduct of BJP leaders holding ministerial, political or organisational positions is inevitably viewed against the expectations created by his leadership. When these leaders engage in corruption, the resulting damage extends beyond the individuals concerned to the party and the government. The PM's personal standing rests on a commitment to governance and public service, but that distinction becomes harder to sustain when those exercising power under his political leadership use their positions for personal gain. It is therefore time for Modi to take a serious and unambiguous stand. Such individuals should not be shielded because of their seniority or organisational position. The message must be clear: no individual can use the political capital generated by Modi's leadership as protection against scrutiny. The PM should also establish a dedicated channel, staffed by officials directly accountable to him, through which journalists, honest government officials, whistleblowers and citizens can share verifiable information about corruption within the political and administrative system. There are people who possess information about wrongdoing but lack confidence that their complaints will lead to action. The BJP's electoral rise under Modi has created an extraordinary reservoir of political capital. As things stand, protecting that capital will require the PM's own intervention, particularly as several of his colleagues appear to have deviated from the commitment to national growth and public service that has defined his stated agenda. Within the government and the party organisation, allegations of corruption and the accumulation of substantial movable and immovable assets by individuals have grown increasingly prominent. Modi must ensure that the political capital built on public faith in his leadership is not squandered by those who have benefited from it.
