like every other millennial I think we should disenfranchise Baby Boomers but I am going to feel so alone when they're gone man

Ita funny because in stark contrast to what these clowns are saying, in the world of American Shia Social Media (Abdul is not Shia but a huge part of Dearborn is) there is an ongoing controversy over Abdul.
Many supporters of the Islamic Republic (not the whole Shia community, but they are one group) are upset that some Imams are congratulating Abdul or even expressing any positive sentiment towards him because he condemned Ayatollah Khamenei on TV.
There was also one prominent pro-IR scholar that was straight out telling people that Abdul is a snake and shouldn't be supported.
One of the many reasons I'm relieved about the return of Woke is that I am exhausted of pretending to be racist on Twitter

TL today making me think the ultimate fate of the Israel Lobby and its Iranian auxiliaries is going to be like Scientology, bizarre insular jobs program for true believers interfacing with the real world primarily through high profile recruitment and harassment campaigns

Iranian-Americans are more likely to be registered Democrats than Republicans
Let's stop spreading the idea that Iranian-Americans are by and large Trumpists
Those right-wing, diehard pro-war Persians are a vocal minority, not a representative sample
For too long, most Iranian-Americans have anchored their politics in some combination of foreign interventionism, Islamophobia, and blindly pro-Israel and anti-Arab sentiments.
In this election, American voters rejected exactly those kinds of cynical beliefs.
Iranian-Americans need to rethink their values and their civic duties. We ought to be a constructive, progressive force in U.S. politics.
2028 will be a chance to make amends.
vanishingly long shot but admit it would rule if Trump crashed out against the Israel Lobby for leading him to ruin and Vance's tweet was a signal of this
Real talk the fact that millennial leftists have built a movement so big and consequential that factional fights actually have stakes is an amazing, hopeful achievement. We have transcended the realm of fandom and parasociality to Do Politics and this is beautiful.
