just once, I'd like to hear that you're experiencing lower than usual wait times and actually you've got two support agents who are going to join the call right away
there is no COMMUNITY or dialogue. there is no sense of gradual improvement. there is just "new tool just dropped" and using it well. is meaningless in another 3 months
it's also the kind of thing that happens so quickly, yet gradually, that you don't even see yourself losing your grasp
This hit hard. I so deeply miss the early days of my career where you could write an Airflow tutorial that would go viral. And when teaching people to use software was a beautiful and sustainable dialogue and practice 😢
