رکن قومی اسمبلی شیر علی ارباب کے حجرے پر نامعلوم افراد کی جانب سے توڑ پھوڑ، گاڑیوں اور دیگر قیمتی املاک کو نقصان پہنچانے کے واقعے کی شدید الفاظ میں مذمت کرتا ہوں۔کسی بھی منتخب عوامی نمائندے یا شہری کو محض سیاسی وابستگی کی بنیاد پر ہراساں کرنا، اس کے گھر یا حجرے پر حملہ آور ہونا اور اس کی املاک کو نقصان پہنچانا نہ صرف ناقابلِ برداشت بلکہ ایک سنگین قابلِ سزا جرم ہے۔ اس واقعے میں ملوث عناصر کی فوری نشاندہی کرکے انہیں قانون کے کٹہرے میں لایا جائے اور قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے۔ سیاسی اختلافات کا جواب تشدد، انتقام اور خوف و ہراس سے دینا کسی صورت قابلِ قبول نہیں۔ ایسے غیر قانونی اور غیر جمہوری اقدامات معاشرے میں نفرت، انتشار اور عدم برداشت کو فروغ دیتے ہیں۔ افسوس کہ ملک میں قانون کی حکمرانی اور شہریوں کے جان و مال کے تحفظ کے حوالے سے ایسے واقعات سنگین سوالات کو جنم دے رہے ہیں۔ریاست کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ ہر شہری اور منتخب نمائندے کے بنیادی حقوق کا تحفظ یقینی بنائے۔

An illegally detained elderly lady without access to counsel or family taken to a heart hospital where her ward is locked up.
This is Pakistan in 2026 under @MaryamNSharif @CMShehbaz. Pathetic & shameful.
For the past few hours, we have been receiving deeply concerning reports circulating on social media that my aunt, @Noreen_KhanPK Noreen Niazi, has been admitted to the Punjab Institute of Cardiology.
Our family was never informed.
We are now standing outside her ward trying to establish her medical condition. The ward door has been chained shut, with police preventing us, her own family, from entering or seeing her.
We are extremely concerned for her health and wellbeing.
My aunt has already endured more than a month in detention, isolated from her family. Now, even in hospital, we are being denied access to her.
What is her medical condition? Why was her family not informed? On whose orders are we being prevented from seeing her?
We demand immediate access to my aunt, a full medical update from her treating doctors, and assurances that she is receiving all necessary medical care.

Pakistan’s fascist regime, led by military dictator Asim Munir, continue to ignore the Supreme Court order from August for my father to be assessed and treated at the private Shifa International Hospital, as well as for regular access to family visits and access to his lawyers. It is clear that they are trying to kill him as he is by far the most popular political figure in the country, and they fear him. If the worst happens, no one should make any mistake who is responsible. It is Asim Munir with the approval of the illegitimate Pakistani government. Every government that continues to legitimise this regime will be complicit in this and the resulting chaos and destabilisation it causes in the region. No state that is engaging in friendly relations with this fascist Pakistani regime can truly claim to uphold the values of democracy or human rights.
