27th October 2013 , Modijiās Hunkar rally, serial bomb blasts struck Gandhi Maidan in Patna killing six people and injuring many others.
One of the bombs were found just 100 feet from the stage.
The police had revealed that the terror act was linked to the terrorist outfit Indian Mujahideen , this is how the UPA government had failed miserably to curb terrorism in India.
More than a decade later, how much do we remember about an era when opposition rallies became terror targets?
No democracy was questioned then ???

Yashwant Verma was not corrupt because āhe came from a good legal backgroundā
Do such āfeeling aa rahi haiā tests only apply for judiciary or other citizens too?
#WATCH | On allegations against Justice Yashwant Varma, in an interview to ANI, Former Judge of the Supreme Court of India, Sanjay Kishan Kaul says, "...I felt the investigation was improper because somebody would have found out at least the cause of the fire..."
"That case is something which has troubled me a lot because it came from a person from a very good legal background. No complaints in Allahabad. No complaints in Delhi ever...I felt the investigation was improper because somebody would have found out at least the cause of the fire...The room was built a few years ago. It's not the oldest thing. There were too many questions, too many ifs and buts in it...Yes, money has been found. So there is something that needs to be found out. But that person got damned, I think completely..."

Let me translate this word salad for you: in communist societies there are elites - far worse than any capitalist society. Like Stalin, Mao, Castro, The Kims and Pol Pot used to enjoy refined delicacies flown in from abroad while their people starved in the millions.
Being born into affluence, possessing a luxury automobile, or belonging to a political dynasty does not inherently invalidate oneās commitment to communism. #Communism is an ideological conviction, not a certificate of poverty.
I often tell my students that, philosophically speaking, a babyās first cry may be interpreted as the most rudimentary assertion of a fundamental right, the instinctive demand for nourishment, care, and survival. Although an infant is incapable of comprehending political ideology, that primordial cry symbolises an innate human need and the instinct to secure what is essential for existence.
Therefore, before branding @neha_aisa Neha Bora a fraud merely because she or her family may possess an expensive car, we must learn to distinguish ideological commitment from personal affluence. Scrutinise her arguments, interrogate her actions, and expose any demonstrable contradictions in her principles. But condemning someoneās political convictions solely on the basis of their familyās wealth is intellectual superficiality, not a substantive critique of ideology.

Congress walked into a trap, DMK realises this.
The report coming out in the Hindu is an acknowledgment that DMK will proceed with the constitutional amendment exercise to secure their proportion, and get higher possibility to win more seats.
Any sane party must do this.
In @the_hindu today
āThe Congress assumes success in preventing a BJP amendment wrt delimitation..It must know that it has no viable path to keeping both the current strength and the shares of individual States intact. The only two options are: first, the number of Lok Sabha seats increases, but the individual share of States remains unchanged through a constitutional amendment, as the BJP says but has not written in a draft legislation. Second, the number of seats does not increase, but the existing seats get reallocated on the basis of the latest Census, leading to a massive slash in the representation of Keralam, Tamil Nadu and other States in similar positions both as absolute numbers and proportion. The BJP will blame the Congress and the Left, if the second option plays out, while reaping the advantage of the additional share in the heartland. The BJP has two good options from its vantage point; the Congress has two bad options to choose from, from its vantage point.ā

The engineered controversy to launch Raihaan Vadraās political career appears to have backfired quite spectacularly.
Vadra Junior initially cried victim claiming that his pictures depicting the protests/riots in Delhi were denied permission by Bikaner House - controlled by the BJP Government in Rajasthan.
Fair enough.
But it has now emerged that Vadra junior brazenly lied in his undertaking to the Bikaner House management and claimed his photos were about nature and wildlife etc.
Even more embarrassing is that the name of Vadraās exhibition was plagiarised from a book published in 2021 - no idea is final.
Bikaner House has claimed that their rules are the same for everyone - and that they explicitly deny permission for content that depicts political themes.
This is done so that the space remains a neutral venue.
Perhaps the Bikaner House folks did not realise that Rules and Regulations do not apply to the Vadra and Gandhi surnames.
That is their real mistake.

Thiru Annamalai avl, @annamalai_k
2017, SP Chikmagalur: you dared people on camera to try blocking the roads, and warned you would break bones and legs if anyone took the law into their hands.
2026, Delhi: the Cockroaches and the Opposition attempt to choke the roads of the national capital. They jump barricades, defy prohibitory orders, pelt stones and leave 15+ police personnel injured, including a DCP.
Delhi Police's response? Detention, bonds and a magistrate's hearing. No lathis, no threats of broken bones.
Blocking a road in Chikmagalur was a crime under your watch. Choking the national capital is now a "democratic right"?
The law hasn't changed, Sir. Only your position has!
We celebrated Annamalai who believed in iron fist against anarchy and public disorder. But now ā¦ā¦
I agree, as long as the photos are legit from the Delhi protest this year, they fall under his right to freedom of expression. And suppressing that right, isn't very democratic. Even if it's biased.
.@raihanrvadra
When someone with power becomes afraid of the expression of another, he doesnāt know it, but he has already lost the very power he is trying to protect.
You stand for what is true and everything beautiful will find its way to you.

After this expose, some 'independent journalists' have started claiming that these emails are AI-generated. Shivani Gautam also made the same claim in a video.
Iām posting a recording of my email exchange with Shivani Gautam, captured directly from my PC screen.
AI ko itna bhi badnam na karo.

Remember this girl who was repeatedly seen arguing with police officers during the protests in Delhi? Her name is Shivani Gautam.
Shivani presents herself as an independent journalist and a voice of impartiality. In one of her videos, she claimed that the BJP IT Cell had approached her with an offer to make paid videos. She exposed the offer publicly, presenting it as an example of political attempts to pay journalists for content.
But hereās what happened when Shivani received a similar offer in the name of the SP. Instead of exposing the offer, Shivani expressed interest in the collaboration and even shared her mobile number for further communication. 3/
