The reason millennials are so nostalgic is that they got a brief taste of a world that wasn’t entirely controlled by the stupıdest people who’ve ever lived.

The right to vote should not be unqualified.
People should only be allowed to participate in elections if they display due maturity.
For example, the election commission could have an AI based mechanism to see which voters are unlikely to vote for Modi ji. Such voters can then be sent to a voters education camp, until they are found suitable to participate in elections.
The desire to not vote for Modi ji is a behavioral abnormality, which can be corrected with sensitive training.
This way, elections can be harmonious and unifying, rather than divisive and chaotic.
These are the solutions GenZ should promote, rather than following CJP.

Under the BJP government there are no conventions to be necessarily followed. Everything is up for change. Legislative power extends to everything and is buttressed by persuasion and pressures at various levels and through various means. More importantly all this runs on the premise thar most of India is unaware of old conventions of parliamentary democracy and will simply fall in line with the new normal.
This cannot be challenged except through a mass movement that extends to small towns and villages, with tactical pauses. Evangelisation of institutional behaviour needs to start afresh. – at Noida, India

.@RoflGandhi_ remains one of the sharpest political minds of our times. Few possess the clarity of thought, solid evidence and sharp arguments that he has.

Shout out to Ben Meiselas of MeidasTouch.
He had a live breaking news segment today and at the end he went off…talking about how for the most part people want happiness, togetherness, love and acceptance. Doesn’t matter if you live in Iran, Nigeria, America or anywhere else…there’s a hunger right now for peace and love and happiness and acceptance. We’re starving for it. And we’re being starved of it.
It’s a blessing we have somebody like Ben who tells the truth and can articulate it so well
He’s right.
I think we’re turning a leaf here. Turning a page in history. This big rebound might be the way we start moving toward a more worldly peace and acceptance mentality…and that should be the ultimate goal.

Somebody needs to do a good explainer on how strategically deleting voters can sway elections. The issue is still quite abstract for most people and will likely die out soon.

Nothing will ever convince me that being 12 years old, sitting on the floor of your bedroom, listening to music on a tiny CD player while flipping through a magazine wasn’t one of the most peaceful eras of human civilization.

WTF is wrong with us? Is this how we treat a war veteran?
This man is a decorated hero who fought the historic Chat Wars at the Battle of Baghpat. And today, we make him stand in queues for some stupid government scheme...

The judgment today’s society deploys on a daily basis is staggering … I am stunned by how many have “takes” on people they have never meet ..

The lndians won’t get it .. they don’t get that people travel to experience the culture of the place they travel to.
Indians travel to show off. They go there and want people to see them. They are not curious about the place they travel to. They don’t care for any cultural experience. They just go to show off themselves. They want to take pics in popular places , doing their own (uncouth) stuff. Their travel experiences for their social media bragging , about how they showed off their own “superior culture) to the people of the host country.
This is extreme form of inferiority complex.

He had twelve years to lift India. He squandered that time lying to Indians, destroying institutions, erecting a personality cult, enriching his cronies, and deploying hate to divide and subdivide Indians. May today’s defeat be the beginning of his swift political end.

Maybe the biggest myth in cricket is that T20 cricket is more entertaining than other formats. It's really not. It takes batting elegance & pounds it out of shape. Turns the art of bowling into a humiliation ritual. Rewards brawn over brain. Makes stars out of nobodies. I hate it
