Steam does update its service, but when you control 3/4ths of the market you don't have competition. Epic has been fighting tooth and nail and only has 10% of the market. The sites that sell steam keys don't even register as a blip; that's how bad it is.

A 75% market share by a single company is undeniably a monopoly. The remaining 25% is shared among a multitude.

For your sake, I hope you're a parody account.

My rig, just to rub it in your face.
Steam controls 75% of the market, and the other 25% of the market is shared among the rest, and you call that thriving.
