Because they were revealed in their internal communications during discovery. It's the only public information available. Everything else is confidential. The ENTIRE LAWSUIT is about it, and you think "That's all they found, oh well." lol
You've been brainwashed into defending a gamer walmart. Steam is a middleman standing between you and what you love. It doesn't deserve your loyalty.

Thanks for linking it so I didn't have to, and proving me right.
There are ~32,000 game developers and publishers suing them for bullying them out of competitive pricing elsewhere. How the fuck did you know about ubi and not know about that?

You're 100% retarded. A 50% market share would be a monopoly. Steam has 75%.

The point was that nobody has heard of them because they haven't.

So you know that it's from the class action, but you don't know that the class action is specifically about steam bullying devs.

You wouldn't believe how many people attack me for that. Fans are brainwashed.
Steam does update its service, but when you control 3/4ths of the market you don't have competition. Epic has been fighting tooth and nail and only has 10% of the market. The sites that sell steam keys don't even register as a blip; that's how bad it is.
None of the stores have a chance, because of steams monopoly.
I think it's odd that most of you think this is exclusively a steam vs Epic issue. You have console war brains.

There are way more than two examples. There's a class-action lawsuit. It's the largest to date.

Thanks for accidentally tripping over the point: steam has 32,000 unpaid exclusives due to being a monopoly.
This may be the first documented instance of someone with anendophasia or anauralia (variations of not 'hearing' your thoughts in your head) gaining normality.

The AI haters aren’t going to take on Steam. They go for soft targets: developers who fear attacks on their livelihood. They won’t take on Steam because they know it’s a bigger and more vocal user base who turn pro-AI in support of Steam and will out-mob their mob.
Steam colluded with Microsoft to fix prices. Additionally, steam threatened devs with deplatforming if they attempted to sell games for less on other platforms.
