A foreign judge had ordered State Dept. to start registration by November 1 for the program, which hands out up to 55,000 green cards a year by RANDOM drawing 😡
It was an immigration LAW FIRM who sued that makes money representing lottery winners, and the court said the program was "enacted to encourage immigration, not generate revenue for law firms"
Congress should step in ASAP and END this program!

A look of sheer PANIC overtook Chris Cuomo after a caller shared findings that didn’t fit his narrative.
Cuomo had told his audience to “do their own research” before the midterm elections.
So one caller from Chicago did exactly that.
He used several different AI models to research which party had performed better over the past 8–10 years on issues like healthcare, education, and inflation.
According to the caller, they ALL came back Republican.
CALLER: “And that pretty much set where I’m going to vote.”
The look on Cuomo’s face said everything.
He immediately went into damage control, questioning how the caller had conducted his research.
CUOMO: “I don’t know what you are putting in…”
“I don’t know…I don’t know what you were…I don’t know what you’re putting in it.”
“It’s all about like what you’re putting in and how you’re asking it…”
This wasn't the way he wanted his experiment to go.

A Sangamon County judge just held JB Pritzker's DCFS director in contempt of court.
Ineptness. Incompetence. Willful contempt. Those aren't my words, they're his.
DCFS is required by law to publish reports whenever a child in their care dies. But they refuse.
Capitol News has been trying to get details on Mackenzi Felmlee's death from May of 2024, filing suit in March of this year. DCFS has been playing games, and the judge has had enough.
You know who else should say enough? Every Illinois voter. Right now. JB Pritzker doesn't care about our state's most vulnerable children. That is disqualifying.

Nevada claimed all voters on the DHS list were U.S. citizens. Wrong. It did not check and instead relied on voter attestations. Now, the Nevada U.S. Attorney’s office has started charging the individuals on the list.
States must comply with federal law. Allowing noncitizens to vote in federal elections is illegal and unconstitutional.

Today, Irish citizen journalist Kirk Loco was acquitted at Bray District Court of a criminal charge under Ireland's "Coco's Law." X is proud to have funded Kirk's defense.
Kirk's alleged offense was a single post on X relaying a teenage girl's account of a migrant man exposing himself to her on a local bus. Kirk was arrested at his home and faced up to two years in prison.
The court found the State had not proved its case. "Grossly offensive" speech is not defined anywhere in the law. Vague laws like this invite abuse.

A federal judge told the Justice Department its threats against California's election officials "must stop." That was Wednesday night.
By Thursday afternoon, Bloomberg Law reported, the deputy attorney general's office had ordered its California prosecutors to send those same officials grand jury subpoenas.
The judge is David Carter in Los Angeles. He refused to make California set aside the 20,000 mail ballots the Justice Department says went to likely noncitizens. Election Day is Tuesday.
Page 26 of his order: "There is a clear remedy available. The United States can prosecute individuals according to Section 611," the federal law that makes it a crime for a noncitizen to vote.
So the department took the remedy and widened it. Not just the voters. The OFFICIALS, Secretary of State Shirley Weber among them, on the department's theory that anyone who knowingly counts a noncitizen's ballot is aiding and abetting a federal crime. That theory is the threat the judge said had to stop.
Asked about it, the department "does not comment on leaks about alleged grand jury subpoenas. But to be clear, the district court judge explained that voting unlawfully results in criminal exposure."

HUMANITARIAN ROADWAYS CLEARED
Demining operations are complete, and preparations for the humanitarian mission are in their final stage. All designated routes, established jointly by Ukraine and Russia, have been cleared for safe passage.
The convoy will soon enter Oleshky to deliver food, clean water, medicine, and other essential aid to the city’s residents.

Preparations for the humanitarian mission to Oleshky have reached their final stage. Demining of the designated routes has been completed, and the humanitarian convoy has been assembled and is ready for dispatch. It is expected to arrive at the central hospital, where all necessary assistance will be provided to civilians.
‼️Those wishing to leave the city will have the opportunity to do so until 2:00 p.m. All necessary security measures will be put in place.
Humanitarian aid distribution is scheduled to begin after 2:30 p.m.

🚨 BREAKING: A woman was shot right outside the Republican Party of Virginia headquarters on East Grace Street in downtown Richmond
The state GOP says the shooting was NOT connected to its operation, and none of its staff were hurt. Thank God!
Given how much political violence we've seen, of course people's minds went there first.
Police haven't released details on the victim or what led to it yet. Pray for the victim 🙏🏻
