In all cases, the mechanism is the same: a caste positions itself between people and reality, then sells that position as a public service. Musk is breaking it. He has proven that you can launch rockets without Gosplan. Build cars without Detroit's blessing. Connect a village, a frontline, or a hospital from orbit, without asking permission from a ministry.
